Some of The Alliance’s corporate leadership went on a little team building “exercise” on Aug. 2.
On a field covered with various obstacles and terrains just outside of Burlington, N.C., people from different worlds engaged in a “fierce competition” that few would return from unscathed.
By day’s end, there were marks on every combatant, but the real story was the smiles on the faces of team members from The Alliance.
Why would grown men embark on such a mission at Paint Ball Central? To learn better teamwork and because it’s fun! C’mon, who doesn’t love paintball?
The NAA team’s goal was to build camaraderie between various departments in an effort to strengthen the cohesion of an already tight staff.
No animals were harmed in this video, but some welts were left on NAA staff that chose to shoot paint balls at each other during the three-hour “exercise.”
Special thanks to Andy Albright for allowing our team to take part in what turned out to be an amazing day of team building.
It was an event where all the different worlds of the National Agents Alliance corporate office collided in an epic show of athleticism and several very embarrassing moments for most. The result was a more aligned sense of pride in what others do to make The Alliance a finely-tuned machine. It was also a reminder that most of us are NOT going pro in anything related to athletics!
Highlights of the event can be seen in this video, shot by AMP Studios. Look closely and see if you can spot people you know from The Alliance!
You’ll laugh, some of us cried when hit and we all had fun! We hope you enjoy watching this.
Stay tuned … The Alliance is just getting started!
One position no agent ever wants to be in is where you are desperate or “needy” because of a scarcity of prospects. On the other hand, when an agent has a seemingly endless supply of prospects, they are confident that there is always someone to speak with next if someone turns them down. Our most successful agents are never attached to the answer they get from a prospect…yes or no matters not to them. With a large list, they just move on to “next.” Without this endless supply of names, it becomes crucial to get a “yes” answer almost every time you speak with someone about the business opportunity.
Those agents with National Agents Alliance who are the most successful recruiters start with their own list and, because they understand their business is one of duplication, they compound their successes. In other words, if they recruit five people from their list of 100, they compound their list by adding the 500 names from the five new recruits.
The agents know that not all 100 people on a list will necessarily be interested in joining the business, but they do know that some will. With the five recruits supplying 500 new names, and with the same success rate of five percent, the list of prospects will yield 25 new recruits who will, in turn, supply a list of 2500 new prospects.
When our leaders at National Agents Alliance are training new agents they do not accept excuses…no one can say they have no one to call. We know from experience that everyone probably knows 200 or more people, but just using the number 100, you can see that a perpetual list of prospects can be built that will continue to compound into staggering numbers, almost more people that can possibly be contacted. Even if someone you recruited leaves the business, you have their list of names, and, by compounding, you have a never-ending list!
At National Agents Alliance teamwork is known as the ultimate competitive advantage.
Our leaders understand leverage and know that teamwork can multiply the efforts of each individual. Teamwork is taken very seriously by everyone, because they know that half-hearted efforts never get the job done. Trust is developed through working together and every team member knows they can count on each other.
With everyone having this attitude, the organization can maximize potential, productivity and results. A synergy is created where the results obtained are more than the sum of the parts. An individual cannot create synergy; it takes two or more people working together to achieve a common goal.
Our CEO, Andy Albright promotes teamwork and unity through enthusiastic cooperation where everyone gains from the team effort. At NAA, working together is not optional; it’s a way of life. We believe all our organizations can be great. It comes down to making the decision to be great. We believe united teams are strong, effective, and efficient, and produce exponentially greater results than individuals or divided teams can produce.
The top organizations at National Agents Alliance create the best teamwork. They believe in “all for one and one for all.” They believe in the acronym T.E.A.M. – Together Everyone Achieves More.
Do you want your organization to sell more and recruit more quality agents? Do you want your organization to create break-through results you’ve never achieved before? Do you want the ultimate competitive edge? Promote teamwork. Promote team unity. Watch the results soar!

My husband and I are direct to Stephen Davies, and we had 11 people for the first time at Natcon2012!
I know conventions can change lives because it changed mine personally through Jane Albright- but I had no idea of the power that it could have on my team!
One of my team members, Cibelle Almada, came to Natcon2012 from Florida. She is a very shy and reserved person- I found her through a craigslist add and finally met her on a trip to Florida since all our communication for the first few months was on the phone. After I met her, we had a great connection and I noticed her change in the business. She started dialing, made her first sale, and was now very excited- but only about selling. Not excited about recruiting or building a business. She just wanted to pay off her student loans with the money she was going to make with National Agents Alliance.
I called her and pretty much made her sign up for Natcon2012 since she had to travel far and leave her family at home. I tried to explain what convention did for me, but it was really hard. Finally convinced her!
Long story short- we had to overcome a few obstacles literally a day before she was flying in- but things work out when you make them work out! So, she was able to come.
I cannot explain the difference I saw in this woman’s eyes, posture, speech and SPIRIT before/after convention. She came in a little shy and quiet, and left VIBRANT, full of life, excited, chatty, and just with a new spirit and energy I had never seen in her before!
She said to me at the after party on Saturday: “This is the most fun I have had in years!!!”- I am not exaggerating when I say that listening to her say that meant the WORLD to me! I had SUCH an amazing feeling for being able to get her there and having her feel that way. That statement was worth a million dollars for me.
She is now getting her husband involved- enrolled him on examFX, took him to a rotational meeting (she volunteered top pick up Adam Katz from the airport in Fort Lauderdale with her husband-how cool!!) and he is on BOARD! He has been working third shifts, over 14 hours each- “babysitting” over 200 people, and he is just sick and tired of it. She is now sending me names and numbers for people she wants to hire, her husband is talking to everyone he knows, and she has SUCH an incredible new sense of HOPE, LIFE, ENERGY- it is AMAZING!!!!
THIS IS WHAT THIS BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT!!! I am SO grateful National Agents Alliance gave ME the opportunity to change this person’s LIFE just by plugging her in! HOW POWERFUL IS THAT???
I am SOOOOOO excited about her future now!!!
THANK YOU ANDY, JANE, STEPHEN and HOLLIE for making me a better person so I can bring life and hope to others as you have brought to my life!
I cannot wait to see what National Agents Alliance does for her family! HOPE is just the beginning of the rest of their lives!!!
